Payment options:

We believe in only charging the actual shipping costs so you will receive a separate invoice with you order total as well as your actual shipping charges. We gladly accept paypal, visa, MasterCard, checks and money orders. All orders will be shipped after payment has cleared. There will be a $30 administrative fee on any returned check and a 15% restocking fee on any cancelled orders after 48 hours.

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days unless you had a special request or ordered soap logs that require 6 weeks to cure properly. Unfortunately whipped butters can`t be shipped during the hot summer months. All packages must include insurance and tracking numbers. We ship via USPS and gladly utilize the flat rate system.

Returns:

We value your business, if for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us immediately. You can either e-mail us or phone and we will issue you a return authorization to ship your product back, upon receiving the return you will be credited for the amount to be used for another product. All shipping damages must be filed through the postal system.
